When you receive the EMS Pack, schedule your Diagnostic EMS appointment from the 30 Minutes Fit® App and receive the appointment confirmation link via video conference to your email.

During your online Diagnostic EMS session, your EMS coach will review your fitness level, define your goals, explain how to train with the 30 Minutes Fit® App.

When you purchase the EMS pack, you must buy the Basic EMS membership, or Membership EMS.

Estimated delivery: immediate to 3 weeks. After placing your order, you will receive an email requesting a verification of your measurements to help us configure your eSuit®​​. Once we confirm your size, your order will be prepared for shipment. Note: all orders are shipped through UPS and for orders outside Mexico the recipient will also be charged a customs fee upon import.

Upon receiving the smart scale and measuring tape, weigh yourself and record your measurements in the 30 Minutes Fit® App.

During the Diagnostic Fit session, your nutritionnist coach will guide you in reaching your goals, determine the right Nutritional Coaching plan for you based on your weight, data and body measurements, obtained from the 30 Minutes Fit® App via sync with your smart scale and measuring tape.

The Diagnostic Fit is a personalized 30-minute video conference session with a nutritionist coach to guide you in reaching your goals and determine the right Nutritional Coaching plan for you based on your weight, data and body measurements, obtained from the 30 Minutes Fit® App via synchronization with your smart scale and measuring tape.

The Diagnostic EMS session in Training Center is personalized, lasts from 30 minutes to 1 hour, with a certified coach to review your physical health status, evaluate your goals, and explain the benefits of using our 30 Minutes Fit® electro muscular stimulation (EMS) technology to exercise very effectively twice a week, you will feel the experience of a trial EMS training and our coach will guide you in selecting the right at home EMS Coaching subscription plan for you.

You will be given an eBody® and a pair of non-slip socks, and you will be loaned an eSuit® Pro and an eBrain® for the trial training.

The Diagnostic EMS session is a personalized 30-minute video conference session with an EMS coach to review your fitness status, assess your goals, explain the benefits of using 30 Minutes Fit® EMS technology to exercise very effectively two to three times per week, and guide you in selecting the right EMS training plan membership for you.
