30 Minutes Fit® EMS technology saves your exercise time to a great extent and has been proven as one of the most effective exercise methods for fitness training, but contraindications such as the following should be considered.
- Heart: Coronary heart disease, abnormal blood flow, high blood pressure, pacemaker users, defibrillator users who have had bypass surgery, myocardial infarction, arteriosclerosis, angina, sick sinus syndrome, carotid artery sinus.
- Skin: neurodermatitis, psoriasis, dry skin in general, open skin wound in or near electrode contact area, eczema, sunburn.
- Metabolism: diabetes, gallstones, kidney stones.
- Implants: metal implants with perforations in or near the electrode contact area. In this case, deactivate the electrode so as not to train this area.
- Neurology: epilepsy, Parkinson's and/or Alzheimer's disease, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, patients with paralysis, migraine, disorientation.
- Bleeding: hemophilia, severe circulatory disorders, new wounds, thrombosis.
- Medical diseases: tumor, cancer, surgery within 6 months, stroke, lymphedema, acute inflammation, inflammation of the leg veins, varicose veins, overflow into the body cavity (pleural effusion, ascites), fever.
- Pregnancy: all pregnant women.
- Orthopedics: impaired sports activity, rheumatism, joint (rheumatic) disease, osteoporosis, congenital muscular dysplasia, tendon disease (congenital disease), vertebral syndrome, herniated disc, fracture.
- Others: symptoms and anxiety after drinking, drugs.
In case of identifying a specific contraindication, we recommend you not train and communicate with your EMS coach or through our means of communication within the 30 Minutes Fit® App.
- Remove all jewelry or metal objects such as keys, necklaces, body piercings, belt buckles, or any other removable metal products or devices in areas of stimulation. None of these products are allowed during training, they must be removed first.
- The intensity should be increased gradually, depending on the person's tolerance level, with each workout being done for 30 minutes. During the first one-on-one coaching session called the Discovery Session, your EMS Coach will determine intensity levels by type of training program.
- People who have contraindications should not train with the 30 Minutes Fit® EMS technology.
- Feeling an increase in current is a change in the training waveform, which is a normal phenomenon, please don't panic.
- Do not exercise under starvation to avoid fainting.
- Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the eBrain®.
- Always report any situation or question to your EMS coach or through our communication media within the 30 Minutes Fit® App.
- Each member has a specific skin type that may require longer heating periods to generate sweat and create better contact between the body and the electrodes.
- Consequently, although it is not necessary to wet eSuit® electrodes, since they have the “No wet” technology, before putting on eSuit®, it is recommended to wipe the body with a wet towel to moisten the areas where the electrodes are located.
- It is recommended to drink water before each workout.
- It is recommended to use eSuit® without underwear, but in case of wearing underwear, the electrodes should not be covered, otherwise there will be no contact with the skin and the impulse will not be felt in the area of the muscle group.
- When donning the eSuit® by the legs, be careful not to pull hard on the cables and electrodes.
- It is not recommended to train within an hour before or after meals.
- Do not allow your body and eSuit® to touch any water source during training.
- Do not put your hands inside eSuit®, even if you feel itchy on a particular electrode. In this case it is recommended to pause or stop the training with the App and open eSuit® to wet the itchy area a little with a wet towel so that the current can then pass between the electrode and the body area.
- If eSuit® has whitish areas on the outside or a bad smell, eSuit® is being poorly maintained. The active silver ions are prone to chemical reactions with some chemical agents. Do not come into contact with strong acids, strong bases and various metal oxidizers during use.
- eSuit® is for personal use, it is designed to be used 2-3 times a week for training. The guarantee of eSuit® only covers manufacturing defects and all types of wear, deterioration or misuse are excluded from the guarantee.
- It is recommended to clean the wet areas of eSuit® and the electrodes when the training is finished to avoid the propagation of bad odors and bacteria in the fabric, either with neutral soap or an antibacterial spray or pulverized in the armpit and pants areas , letting it dry upside down in a ventilated area at least every 3 or 4 workouts.
- It is recommended that the eSuit® be completely washed after each workout.
- Dry cleaning is not allowed.
- It is recommended to wash eSuit® preferably by hand or in a machine for no more than 5 minutes at a temperature no higher than 30°C and with a maximum speed of 800 rpm.
- For machine washing always use the included bag to wash eSuit®.
- Use neutral detergent or neutral soap for washing such as a baby shampoo with pH 6.5 to 7.0.
- Do not use detergents with a bleaching function, bleaching powders, polishes or strippers.
- The quality of the water and the temperature higher than 30°C in the wash can affect the silver fiber in the cables and the electrodes and consequently the performance of eSuit® during training, as well as the guarantee of the product.
- After washing, do not dry in tumble dryers, just wring out slightly by hand and hang in a ventilated and dry place.
- Avoid direct sunlight as it can change the color of eSuit® and will cause the elasticity of the fabric to fatigue and will greatly reduce the effect of training impulses as well as the warranty of the product.
- Proper cleaning and care can extend the life of eSuit® and allow for the best training effect.
- Once dry, fold eSuit® without bending any electrodes and place it on a flat surface.
Workouts in the 30 Minutes Fit® App are assigned to a unique training mode.
Each mode is designed to indicate the exercises and work you should focus on during the selected workout through videos that you will have to follow on the screen of your 30 Minutes Fit® App.
Each training session lasts 30 minutes, and is made up of a warm-up phase, a workout, and a cool-down phase.
We have designed multiple training programs according to the objectives and needs of each member, be they a beginner, intermediate, advanced or high-performance athlete:
- Strength: this program is intended to increase the strength of the muscles.
- Fat burning: this program is intended to burn fat and calories.
- Cardio: this program improves general muscular resistance, resistance to fatigue, and activates the aerobic metabolism of the fibers during training.
- Endurance: this program is designed to improve both muscular and cardiovascular endurance in order to maintain an effort for as long as possible.
- High intensity: also known as HIIT. This very complete program is designed to improve physical performance in all aspects: muscular and cardio vascular endurance, strength, explosive force (power) and weight loss.
There are 2 types of EMS programs in the 30 Minutes Fit® App.
- Basic.
With the Basic program, you will find only one session per type of training. It does not require a monthly or annual Coaching EMS subscription, but consequently you will not have an EMS coach assigned to support you in following your training plan.
- Membership.
With the Membership program, being a monthly or annual EMS Coaching subscription model, you will have an EMS coach at your disposal every month, through a 30-minute video conference session from the 30 Minutes Fit® App, giving you a training plan personalized based on your objectives, with a minimum of 8 to 12 sessions, which you can do wherever you are, be it at home, office, hotel room, vacation spot, at any time you like on the day planned by your coach.
You can also be in contact with your EMS coach through the chat within the 30 Minutes Fit® App.
With the Membership program, we have designed a wide variety of exercises by type of training to give you the best advice and personalized coaching plan to support you in achieving your goals and staying in shape.
There are several parameters to train with the 30 Minutes Fit® EMS technology, our EMS certified coaches have configured each training program very carefully and based on experience with the following factors for greater training effectiveness:
- Frequency or wave intensity.
- Wave type.
- Wave width.
- Impulse time.
- Break time.
- Intensity in all areas, or by area, of the body.
- Check if eBrain® power button is on normally and the Bluetooth light is flashing or not.
- If eBrain® has previously connected with the eSuit®, it must be reconnected again.
- Do not use metal objects as indicated, remove necklaces and bracelets among others during training.
- Dry skin increases electrical resistance, which is more evident in winter. It is recommended prior to training to pass a wet towel over the areas of the body that will be in contact with the electrodes.
- Determine if the electrodes are fully adhered to the skin. If they are not adhered, the resistance will increase and cause tingling. In the abdomen and back areas, eSuit® belt can be used to press the electrodes with the body.
- Once training with sweat, the tingling or itching sensation will immediately be eliminated.
- The distance between eBrain® and the mobile device (smartphone or tablet) where the App is located must not be greater than 10 meters, and make sure there are no obstructions between eBrain® and the mobile device.
- There are no restrictions to train, you can anywhere, like your home, office, hotel room, outdoors, etc.
- It cannot be used inside a swimming pool or jacuzzi, nor near a heat source such as a barbecue or fire pit.
- Try increasing the intensities of the electrodes separately.
- Confirm that eBrain® is correctly positioned and connected to eSuit®. When placed you should hear a "click" sound.
- Certain part feels weak, which can be fixed by adjusting the intensity of the electrodes.
30 Minutes Fit® Memberships
When you activate a membership service, you authorize 30 Minutes Fit to periodically charge, thereafter and until the cancellation of recurring payments, all sums accrued on or before the due date for payment of the accrued sums.
The membership billing date is the date you purchase your first membership.

Your account will be automatically charged on the membership billing date for all applicable fees and taxes for the following billing period.
For example, monthly billing periods will be billed on the same day each month.
Your membership will continue unless and until you cancel your membership or we cancel it at your request.
You must cancel your membership before it renews to avoid being billed the next recurring membership fee to your account.
Your membership fee will be billed using the payment method you provide to us during the registration of your first purchase.
Once a membership has been paid, there is no refund even if it is canceled before the end of its term.
In case of non-renewal, the membership service will be canceled 1 day after the service expiration date

- Yes, you can cancel a membership before the end of the contracted period but you would lose the benefit of the remaining months.
