We want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you are exploring, evaluating and purchasing our products and services, either through the 30 Minutes Fit® App (hereinafter "App"), and/or the website with the domain www.30minutesfit.com (hereinafter "Website"), of the company 30 Minutes Fit S.A.P.I. de C.V. (hereinafter "30 Minutes Fit"), you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of sale contained below and declare your acceptance by simply entering and using them.
If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions of sale, you must refrain from accessing, using and browsing the App and/or Website.
These terms and conditions of sale are solely and exclusively for the use of the App and Website. Any modification to these terms and conditions will be made when 30 Minutes Fit deems it appropriate, and it is the sole responsibility of the Member to ensure that he/she is aware of such modifications.
All purchase and sale transactions are carried out with the company 30 Minutes Fit S.A.P.I. de C.V., domiciled in the State of Mexico, responsible for personal data collected for such transactions and stipulated in our Privacy policy
30 Minutes Fit reserves the right to change the prices of the products and services displayed on the App and/or Website at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
- For Mexico: Prices include VAT and are understood in Mexican pesos (MXN).
- For abroad: Prices do not include any tax (sales tax or VAT) and are understood in other currencies: US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) depending on the location of the query in the App and/or Website.
- All prices are understood Ex Works from our distribution center located in the State of Mexico.
Payments must be made 100% before receiving the service and/or product according to the following payment methods:

- Interest charges apply when a payment is made in installments, an additional fee is added to the standard credit card transaction fee. The charge varies according to the number of installments, or months, applied to the transaction:
- 6 months: 7.5%.
- 12 months: 12.5%
- 18 months: 17.5%
- 24 months: 22.5%
All transactions by debit or credit card, wallet or payment in installments are made through Stripe, and will be reflected as a charge under the concept "30 Minutes Fit".
30 Minutes Fit may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit the quantity of an order, and may require additional information before validating and processing any order, such as eSuit® size.
Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email.
However, receiving an order confirmation does not mean that 30 Minutes Fit has accepted your order, we are simply confirming that we received your order, pending receipt of your payment.
Provided that the product is available in stock, the order will be prepared for shipment within 3 business days of receipt.
If for reasons beyond our control it is not possible to process the order in less than 3 business days, we will contact you.
Once your order has been prepared, we will not be able to change the shipping address and we will send you an email with the tracking number of the shipping company so you can track your shipment.
30 Minutes Fit uses UPS to manage shipments and ensure that you receive your order on time.
Because the delivery of your order can be affected by many events beyond 30 Minutes Fit's control once it leaves our distribution center, 30 Minutes Fit is not responsible for late deliveries.
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, we will send you an email with the UPS tracking number so you can track your shipment.
- Domestic shipping.
Depending on the location of your address within the Mexican Republic, delivery time can be up to 5 business days.
We have 2 services:
- UPS Mexico Express Saver®: Delivery the next business day before the end of the day in the main cities and states of the Mexican Republic.
- UPS Mexico Standard®: Delivery from 2 to 5 business days, at the end of the day, in specific cities and states of the Mexican Republic, including Baja California, Baja California Sur, Chihuahua, Chiapas, Quintana Roo, Sinaloa, Sonora, Tabasco and Yucatán.
The shipping cost includes transportation, fuel charge, insurance of the goods, and VAT.
- International shipping.
Depending on the location of your address in your country, delivery time may vary and will be confirmed by 30 Minutes Fit after consulting with UPS to verify the cost of shipping and customs clearance required.
Customs agencies do not depend on UPS, so 30 Minutes Fit and UPS are not responsible for delays caused by the customs requirements of each country.
The shipping cost includes transportation, fuel charge, insurance of the goods, and VAT. It does not include local charges related to customs clearance.
Most of our shipments contain valuable products; therefore UPS will require a signature upon delivery of the order.
UPS will make 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to 30 Minutes Fit and a delivery notification will normally be left to inform you of the attempt.
An order will be considered delivered when you have signed the UPS waybill.
ou will have 48 hours from receipt of the order to check the integrity of all products. Within this period, if necessary, you can raise a support ticket indicating your name, email, mobile phone, type of ticket for delivery, indicate in Subject the order number, with an explanation of the situation and attach photos.
After these 48 hours the shipment will be considered as accepted and no claims for defects or failures will be accepted.
Although our products have been designed in France with specialized engineers and technicians, taking care of their quality, there may be faults that fall under warranty for the following products:
- Smart Scale
- Warranty period: 12 months, starting from the date of the purchase invoice, indicating the serial number, applies to manufacturing defects.
- Exclusions: Any damage or defect resulting from:
- Damage due to scratches or blows to the glass.
- Improper maintenance or other misuse or water damage.
- Normal wear and tear associated with intended use.
- eBrain®
- Warranty period: 12 months, from the date of purchase invoice, indicating the serial number, applies to manufacturing defects.
- Exclusions: Any damage or defect resulting from:
- Damage due to power surges.
- Use of an incorrect charger cable.
- Improper maintenance or other misuse or water damage.
- Normal wear and tear associated with intended use.
- Commercial use.
- Failure to follow instructions in the instruction manual.
- Accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, alterations, modifications, improper assembly, installation or use of any non-original parts or accessories.
- eSuit®
- Warranty period: 3 months, from the date of purchase invoice, indicating the lot number, applies to manufacturing defects (power cables, electrodes, base for eBrain®), does not apply with misuse or poor maintenance, take into consideration the exclusions.
- Exclusions: Any damage or defect resulting from:
- Open electrode.
- Pulled or stretched cable.
- Open zipper.
- Normal wear and tear associated with intended use.
- Commercial use.
- Failure to follow instructions in the instruction manual.
- Accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, alterations, or modifications.
- eSuit® belt
- Warranty period: 3 months, from the date of purchase invoice, indicating the lot number, applies on manufacturing defects (belt elasticity), does not apply with misuse or poor maintenance, take into consideration the exclusions.
- Exclusions: Any damage or defect resulting from:
- Cut Velcro.
- Normal wear and tear associated with intended use.
- Commercial use.
- Failure to follow instructions in the instruction manual.
- Accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, alterations, or modifications.
- Process to follow to request a warranty
Raise a support ticket indicating your name, email, mobile phone, type of warranty ticket, indicate the product and serial number or lot number, with an explanation of the fault and attach photos.
After evaluating the photos and the request, in case the warranty applies, 30 Minutes Fit will replace the defective components and/or the covered product that are eligible under the warranty conditions free of charge.
You will need to take the defective product to the address indicated in the reply email or send it by parcel to 30 Minutes Fit for repair.
Once repaired, we will instruct you to come to the address indicated for pickup, or we will ship the repaired product to your address via parcel post (a shipping charge may apply).
When you activate a personal and individual membership service, you authorize 30 Minutes Fit to periodically charge, thereafter and until the cancellation of recurring payments, all sums accrued on or before the due date for payment of the accrued sums.
The membership billing date is the date you purchase your first membership.

Your account will be automatically charged on the membership billing date for all applicable fees and taxes for the following billing period.
For example, monthly billing periods will be billed on the same day each month.
Your membership will continue unless and until you cancel your membership or we cancel it at your request.
You must cancel your membership before it renews to avoid being billed the next recurring membership fee to your account.
Your membership fee will be billed using the payment method you provide to us during the registration of your first purchase.
Once a membership has been paid, there is no refund even if it is canceled before the end of its term.
In case of non-renewal, the membership service will be canceled 1 day after the service expiration date.
