The Diagnostic EMS session in Training Center is personalized, lasts from 30 minutes to 1 hour, with a certified coach to review your physical health status, evaluate your goals, and explain the benefits of using our 30 Minutes Fit® electro muscular stimulation (EMS) technology to exercise very effectively twice a week, you will feel the experience of a trial EMS training and our coach will guide you in selecting the right at home EMS Coaching subscription plan for you.

You will be given an eBody® and a pair of non-slip socks, and you will be loaned an eSuit® Pro and an eBrain® for the trial training.

The individual EMS training session at the Training Center is personalized, lasts 30 minutes, with a coach certified to train with 30 Minutes Fit® electromuscle stimulation (EMS) technology.

In order to carry out this session, you must previously have your EMS Diagnostic, in which you were given an eBody®, a pair of non-slip socks, and a microfiber towel, and you will be loaned an eSuit® Pro and an eBrain® for the training session.

Depending on the location of the service, this rate may vary and per diem may be added.
