Subscriptions & Licenses

This fee is determined based on the number of members training, using the Coaching EMS App, during the immediately preceding month, and is paid monthly, within the first 7 (seven) business days of the following month.

The Basic EMS training program is a personal and individual membership that must be contracted with the purchase of the EMS Pack, you can choose to pay month by month or per year.

With the Basic EMS training program, you will find few sessions per type of training: Strength, Fat Burning, Cardio, Endurance, you will be able to follow a 30-minute training video, however, you will not have an EMS coach assigned to help you follow a specific training plan.

For the safety of your health, after completing a 30-minute workout you will not be able to train within the next 48 hours.
