Upon receiving the smart scale and measuring tape, weigh yourself and record your measurements in the 30 Minutes Fit® App.
Then schedule your Diagnostic Fit session from the 30 Minutes Fit® App and receive the confirmation link for the appointment via video conference to your email.

During the Diagnostic Fit session, your nutritionnist coach will guide you in reaching your goals, determine the right Nutritional Coaching plan for you based on your weight, data and body measurements, obtained from the 30 Minutes Fit® App via sync with your smart scale and measuring tape.
