Nutritional plans

  • The nutritional plans included in the App have been elaborated by qualified nutritionists specialized in the field of nutrition.
  • The recipes included in the plans are based on healthy eating. All of them have been elaborated seeking to use foods such as healthy fats and carbohydrates in low quantities, as well as low amounts of sugar. In this way we ensure a database of healthy recipes.
  • The recommended foods should be as fresh as possible, trying to avoid processed foods.


Anthropometric data

  • With our smart scale it is possible to know your anthropometric data, as well as to measure your progress.
  • The body measurements of neck, chest, shoulders, arm, forearm, waist, hip, thigh and calf should be taken with our measuring tape.
  • Weight, body mass index (BMI), metabolic age, body score, basal metabolic rate, body fat percentage, muscle volume, skeletal muscle mass, body water percentage, bone mineral content, protein percentage and visceral fat range are provided by the intelligent scale.
  • With all of the above information, a complete anthropometric evaluation can be made by the hand of our nutritionist coaches.
